Here’s some information on a hike from Galatea Creek to Lillian Lake, out in Kananaskis Country that I’m thinking about doing in a few weeks time. These scanned in images came from Kananaskis Country Trail Guide, Second Ed. by Gillean Daffern circa 1985 (a new edition is in the works).

Spent this last weekend I spend three days in Yoho National Park, up at the ACC Elizabeth Parker hut by Lake O’Hara. Here are some choice photographs from an absolutely beautiful snowshoeing trip:
